Suncanna Oils approached us with a request to create a website that not only represented their brand, but that also had advanced features like subscription orders and conditional coupons!
Offering Subscriptions
Adding subscribe & save functionality to your website is a great way to incentivize your customers to make recurring purchases that will process automatically at a predefined interval.
In the example pictured here, you can see that customers not only have the option to subscribe and save 20% on their order, but they can also select how frequently they’d like to receive a new shipment. We can also customize the discount to incentivize a higher frequency (for example, a 25% discount for every 4 weeks vs. 20% for every 6 weeks).
For Suncanna Oils, we also set up an automated reminder email that’s goes out to their customers a few days before their card is charged for their next subscription order. This helps avoid confusion and creates a more positive customer experience.
Conditional Discounts
With conditional coupons and discounts, Suncanna Oils can add buy one get one offers and other conditional disounts based on what customers add to their shopping cart.
In the example pictured here, customers get a free bottle of softgels if they purchase any two bottles of product.
You’ll also notice that in the shopping cart, customers have one more chance to activate a 20% discount if they select a subscribtion option.
